Senator Donley moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Donley offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 9, following "appropriations of": Insert "state general obligation and" Page 1, line 10, following "on": Insert "state" Page 1, line 11, following "obligation": Insert "and revenue" Senator Donley moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
